OfficeSpot - business center: located in dsitrict 1, Hochiminh city, Vietnam

To demand the tenants’ requirement for working in Hochiminh City, our company leases office for long term and short term ( hourly, daily, monthly, yearly,…), fully furnished: ADSL, fax, scanner, printing machine, photocopy,…, free of charge ( usage of water, electricity, stationery, drinking, cakes, cafe, etc). Moreover, we also have relaxation room, meeting room (20-30 seats) with TV, Video DVD.

Especially:
MEETING ROOM ( 20-30 seats )
- 7.30am-5qm: 50US$/hour: This price includes: tea, cafe, mineral water, cakes, platform, digital projector, screen, conference telephone system, microphone,… and other necessary things for meeting. The above price includes tax, our company will charge you depending on hours you used. Discount 30% for those who rent the whole day ( from 8 hours ).
- 6pm-9pm: Price 30$/hour and the tenants have to book from 3 continuous hours, this price also includes the above terms.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN HOCHIMINH CITY?

Only 150US$/month, the tenant would have the following services:
- One private mailbox in District 1.
- Usage all the office equipments: sprinting machine, scanner, photocopy, fax, paper destroying machine…
- Being helped to report tax by office staff, secretary, accountant. The staff in our company can speak both English and French.
- Usage of living-rooms for your guests with services: tea, cafe, drinking, air-conditioner, magazines, Cable TV, …
- Usage of meeting room once a week (1 hour ), conference room with 20 well-equipped seats with international standard: Digital projector, DVD, telephone, cakes, tea, mineral,…

There are 3-types of room:
- Room with 4 tables: 250US$/table
- Room with 2 tables: 275US$/table
- VIP room with 1 table: 400US$/table

Note: The above price is subject to change without prior notice.

Rental includes:
24hour security, cleaning service and water, electricity, ADSL, tables and chairs, air-conditioning, computers, fax machine, telephone handsets, etc.

Rental excludes: Telephone usage and tax.
